Created by Kate Sawyer, a women’s wellbeing advocate with a deep passion for helping women understand and regulate their nervous system. With a Health Science degree and years of experience working with clients, Kate blends science and soul to create lasting change.

She is a qualified NIS Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, combining evidence-based tools with holistic wisdom to help you reconnect, restore, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.

Do I need any prior experience?

Not at all. This course is designed for beginners and busy women who simply want to feel better. Everything is easy to follow and designed to fit into real life — no experience or special equipment needed.

Each email includes simple explanations, practical tools, and reflections to help you integrate what you learn into your daily routine. You can complete the lessons at your own pace, in your own time.
