What will I learn in this course?

This course will teach you foundational breathwork techniques designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost your overall well-being. You’ll also learn the science behind breathwork, its physiological effects, and how it can be applied in everyday life. Each week, we’ll dive into different practices, starting with calming techniques and progressing to tools for energy and focus.

Do I need any prior experience with breathwork?

Not at all! This course is designed for beginners. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or looking to deepen your existing practice, you’ll find valuable insights and tools to support your journey.

How will the course be delivered?

The course includes 4 weekly live Zoom sessions where we’ll cover new techniques and answer your questions. You’ll also receive a weekly Breathwork Manual, which contains exercises and reflections to guide your practice. Plus, you’ll gain access to our Breath Easy Community for ongoing support and connection with like-minded individuals.

 

 

How long is each live Zoom session?

Each session will last about 60 minutes. This includes the guided breathwork practice, explanation of the techniques, and time for Q&A. If you can’t make it to a live session, don’t worry! All sessions will be recorded and available for replay.

Will this course help with stress and anxiety?

Yes! Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool for managing stress and anxiety. Throughout the course, you’ll learn techniques to help calm the nervous system, regulate emotions, and increase your sense of well-being.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll have lifetime access to the course materials, including the recorded Zoom sessions, manuals, and access to the Breath Easy Community. This means you can return to the content whenever you need a refresher or additional guidance.

Can I get personalized support during the course?

Yes! During the live Zoom sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized feedback. Additionally, if you're interested in more in-depth support, you can book 1:1 sessions with me as an add-on to the course.
